Meet Your Guide, Ashlyn

Ashlyn is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, holds a BS in Integrative Healthcare, and has extensively studied Polyvagal Theory, the nervous system, and parts work. Her background as a dancer gave her a unique relationship with the body that deeply informs the way she teaches somatic practices...making them accessible, intuitive, and genuinely transformative.
