Hi, I'm Ashlyn

As a Board Certified Health Coach with a B.S. in Integrative Healthcare and a Certified Polyvagal-Informed Coach, I help women heal their relationship with food and their bodies through intuitive eating, nervous system regulation, and a body-led approach. 

For years, I was stuck in the binge-restrict cycle—obsessing over food, constantly trying new diets, and feeling completely disconnected from my body. It wasn’t until I learned to turn inward, rather than rely on external rules, that I finally found freedom. Now, I support other women in doing the same: breaking free from food obsession, eating with confidence, and rebuilding trust with their bodies—without tracking, restricting, or relying on willpower.

 

I am determined to show women that you don’t have to choose between your desire to feel lean and desire for food peace. You can live in a body that feels light and free without it becoming obsessive or restrictive. Your body was designed to feel incredible...you just have to connect back in to the brilliant guide you were born with❤️

I support my clients by going deep into the nervous system and subconscious to heal the root causes underneath food and body struggles. We will talk practical strategies around food, but we will also do the deeper healing work that often gets skipped over in intuitive eating spaces and programs.

A Peak Into My Life

1. I grew up as a competitive dancer and wanted to pursue a professional career as a dancer (until I found my passion for health and coaching)!

2. I love watching Gilmore Girls cozy on the couch at night (with blue blockers on for sure haha) and dressed up as Lorelai for Halloween this year!

3. I live in Denver, CO and love to spend time in nature as much as possible. My daily walks are one of my biggest anchors that I use to support my nervous system.
