Hi, I'm Ashlyn

I'm a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, hold a BS in Integrative Healthcare, and am a certified Polyvagal Informed Coach. I help women heal their relationship with food at the nervous system level...getting to the root cause of why eating became so complicated in the first place.

For years I was stuck in the binge-restrict cycle myself. I tried every approach out there and walked away more disconnected from my body each time. What finally changed things wasn't another set of food rules or talk therapy...it was healing my nervous system and learning to trust the cues my body was always sending me.

I spent years studying naturally thin women to understand how they eat effortlessly, without tracking, obsessing, or white-knuckling it. And what I discovered is that it's not about discipline...it's about nervous system safety. When your body feels safe, eating becomes simple again.

Now I help women do the same. Through Polyvagal theory, somatic healing, and a body-led approach, I teach you how to reconnect to the brilliant guide you were born with...so food gets to just be food, and you get to get back to living your life.

A Peak Into My Life

1. I grew up as a competitive dancer and wanted to pursue a professional career as a dancer (until I found my passion for coaching women!)

2. My faith is a huge backbone of my life. God is my biggest nervous system regulator and I can't imagine life without Him guiding me.

3. I live in Austin, TX (my dream city) and love spending walking the trail, at Barton Springs, or with my friends in the sauna/cold plunge
