I'm a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, hold a BS in Integrative Healthcare, and am a certified Poly-Vagal Informed Coach. I specialize in guiding women to find peace in their relationship with food and body by addressing the deeper roots of WHY they feel out of balance in the first place. After my own lifelong struggles with disordered eating, I finally found the food AND body freedom I always wanted by growing my nervous system capacity and learning how to eat like a naturally lean woman!
